Leave room for great Faith

In Matthew 15:21–28, Jesus highlights a powerful example of great faith through a Canaanite woman who refused to give up. Her persistence, humility, and trust in Jesus led to a miracle — showing us what it truly means to make room for great faith.

What Is Great Faith?

Great faith is active and persistent. It’s not just believing — it’s trusting God even when answers are delayed. Great faith:

  • Brings every need to Jesus
  • Speaks words of faith
  • Refuses to give up
  • Worships while waiting
  • Believes in a miracle-working God

A Faith That Overcomes Barriers

Though considered an outsider, the woman pressed through rejection and silence. She believed that even a crumb of God’s power was enough. Jesus responded:

“Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted.” (Matthew 15:28)

Her daughter was healed immediately.

Bring Every Need to Jesus

God cares about every detail of your life — big and small. Great faith brings family, finances, health, and struggles to Jesus in prayer, trusting that He truly cares.

Speak Words of Faith

Our words matter. Speaking life, encouragement, and God’s promises can strengthen others and build faith. As believers, we are called to speak hope in every situation.

Don’t Give Up on Jesus

Great faith is persistent. Even when prayers seem unanswered, faith keeps pressing in. God’s delay is not denial — He is always working.

Worship While You Wait

True faith worships before the breakthrough. God is worthy of praise even in uncertainty. Worship shifts our focus back to His power and goodness.

Believe in a Miracle-Working God

God still heals, restores, and provides today. Jesus is still looking for great faith — faith that trusts Him fully and believes He can do the impossible.

Make room for great faith today — and watch what God can do.
